Turner Industries secures Rs 1.45 crore loan agreement with Chemfit PVC Solutions

Turner Industries Limited, formerly Laser Diamonds Limited, appointed Sachin Mishra and Chandresh Dutt Upadhyay as additional non-executive independent directors, and Mudrika Devi as an additional non-executive woman director, effective October 16, 2026. The company also approved shifting its registered office within Tamil Nadu and establishing a new corporate office in New Delhi, both effective October 17, 2026, and executed a loan agreement with Chemfit PVC Solutions Private Limited for Rs 1,45,00,000.
