Pearl Green Clubs corrects EGM notice regarding shareholding percentages for equity share issue

Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts Limited issued a corrigendum to the notice of its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for October 31, 2026, to correct a typographical error regarding the shareholding percentages of Mr. Mihir Navinchandra Shah and Ms. Devanshi Mihir Shah in connection with a proposed preferential issue of 11,64,000 equity shares. The company, based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, intends to allot the shares to non-promoters, with Padmani Brothers Growth LLP receiving 165,000 shares post-issue, Gaurang Rameshchandra Shah receiving 126,000 shares, and several other non-promoters receiving 90,000 shares each.
