TTK Prestige Limited’s committee approved allotment of equity shares under its 2023 plan

TTK Prestige Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 685 equity shares following the exercise of employee stock options under the TTK Prestige Limited - Long Term Incentive (Stock Options) Plan 2023. The allotment increased the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 13,69,66,384 to Rs 13,69,67,069, consisting of 13,69,67,069 equity shares. The company had previously received in-principle approval for these shares from the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
