Engineers India Limited will hold a board meeting on October 30, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. Trading in Engineers India Limited securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen on November 2, 2026, pursuant to the company’s “Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.”
