Shriram Finance to review financial results and potential dividend at October board meeting

Shriram Finance Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, October 23, 2026, to consider unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27. The board will also consider a resource mobilisation plan for the issuance of redeemable non-convertible debentures, subordinated debentures, bonds, or notes, and approve a notice of postal ballot for shareholder approval to raise funds through redeemable non-convertible debt securities.
