ASI Industries Limited acquires 0.031% stake in PC Jeweller Limited for Rs 4.34 crore

ASI Industries Limited announced it acquired 30,00,000 shares of PC Jeweller Limited on October 15, 2026, representing 0.031% of the company's shareholding, for a total cost of Rs 4.34 crore. The acquisition was made through the stock exchange for investment purposes, and ASI Industries Limited stated it does not intend to acquire control of PC Jeweller Limited, which is engaged in the manufacturing, trading, and retailing of gold, diamond, and other precious metal jewellery.
