Goyal Associates Limited plans to raise funds via equity offerings, board to meet October 24

Goyal Associates Limited will seek to raise funds through the issuance of equity shares, convertible bonds, debentures, convertible warrants, preference shares, or other equity-linked securities via methods including a rights issue, private placement, preferential issue, or qualified institutions placement, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Ltd on October 16, 2026. The company’s board of directors will consider the proposal at a meeting scheduled for October 24, 2026, in Ahmedabad.
