Adroit Industries confirms regulatory compliance with stock exchanges for the September quarter

Adroit Industries (India) Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026; Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. certified that the regulation is not applicable to the company as all shares are held in demat form and no requests for rematerialisation or dematerialisation were received during the quarter.
