Garden Reach appoints Dharminder Kumar as Independent Director per Ministry of Defence

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited announced the appointment of Shri Dharminder Kumar as a Part-Time Non-Official Director (Independent Director) on its board, effective October 16, 2026, for a period of three years or until further orders, as communicated in a Ministry of Defence letter No. 11(70)/2021/misc/D(NS) dated October 5, 2026.
