MSP Steel & Power confirms regulatory compliance with exchanges, KFin Technologies assists

MSP Steel & Power Ltd. submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with KFin Technologies Limited acting as the Registrar and Transfer Agent.
