Atul Auto Limited to convene a board meeting to review financial results

Atul Auto Limited will hold a board meeting on Saturday, October 31, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The trading window for the company's securities will be closed for forty-eight hours after the announcement of the results, in compliance with SEBI's insider trading regulations.
