Adroit Infotech to acquire majority stake in Verso Altima Group, boosting revenue

Adroit Infotech Limited has entered into a non-binding agreement to acquire a majority equity stake in Verso Altima Group d.o.o., a business integrator and digital solutions provider based in Zagreb, Croatia, which has a current standalone revenue of approximately 13 million Euros. Upon completion of the transaction, Adroit Infotech projects its consolidated revenue to reach an estimated $23-25 million USD (approximately Rs 225-250 crore), financed through internal accruals, a preferential issue, and a rights issue, without third-party debt. The acquisition will establish a global practice in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and advanced telecom engineering, integrating Verso Altima’s European operations with the capabilities of Adroit’s subsidiary, Verso Altima India Limited.
