ARMEE INFOTECH LIMITED forms renewable energy subsidiary focused on solar power projects

ARMEE INFOTECH LIMITED has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, ARMEE MH BESS RENEWABLE ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED, with a Corporate Identification Number of U35105GJ2026PTC185164, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India. The new subsidiary, incorporated on October 16, 2026, will focus on solar photovoltaic power projects, including design, development, construction, operation, and maintenance, with an initial paid-up share capital of Rs 10,00,000, representing 100% ownership by ARMEE INFOTECH LIMITED.
