Unitec Fibres confirmed dematerialized securities acceptance with BSE Limited, per SEBI regulations

Unitec Fibres Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the half year ended September 30, 2026, confirming the acceptance and listing of dematerialized securities and substitution of depository names in the register of members, with Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. acting as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
