Solara Active Pharma Sciences allotted shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan, increasing capital

Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited announced the allotment of 8,300 equity shares following the exercise of options under its Solara Employee Stock Option Plan 2018, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on Friday, October 16, 2026. The company’s paid-up share capital increased to Rs 48,16,99,569.00 following the allotment, which included 6,050 shares issued on June 28, 2024, and 2,250 shares issued on July 22, 2024, with an exercise price of Rs 375 per share.
