Jet Freight Logistics confirms full share holdings are in demat form, per SEBI regulations

Jet Freight Logistics Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it has received a certificate from Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming the regulation is not applicable as all shares are held in demat form.
