A B Infrabuild Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (DP) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that the regulation is not applicable as the company’s shares are held in demat form and no requests for rematerialization or dematerialization were received during the quarter; the certificate was received from M/s. Bigshare Services Private Limited, the company's registrar and transfer agent.
