SKIL Infrastructure's CIRP resolution process adjourned to October 21 by NCLT

SKIL Infrastructure Limited, under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Mumbai, announced that the Fourteenth Committee of Creditors meeting, which began on Thursday, October 15, 2026, has been adjourned to Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 3:00 P.M.
