CMPDI to convene a board meeting in Ranchi on October 23 to review financial results

CMPDI will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on October 23, 2026, in Ranchi to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter or half-year ending September 30, 2026, and potentially declare a second interim dividend for fiscal year 2026-2027. The trading window for the company's securities will remain closed from October 1, 2026, to October 26, 2026, in accordance with “THE CODE FOR PREVENTION OF INSIDER TRADING IN THE SECURITIES OF CMPDIL.”
