Wipro’s subsidiary acquires 20% stake in FLARRE.AI for USD 2,000 to boost insurance AI

Wipro Limited announced on October 16, 2026, that its step-down subsidiary, Wipro IT Services, LLC, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 20% shareholding in FLARRE.AI, Inc. for USD 2,000, with the acquisition expected to be completed by October 31, 2026, to enhance Wipro's AI capabilities for the global insurance sector.
