Malu Paper Mills confirms securities handling via MUFG Intime, per SEBI regulations

Malu Paper Mills Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange on October 15, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. The certificate, received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirms the handling of securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, and their subsequent listing on stock exchanges.
