Baazar Style Retail forms subsidiary for renewable energy, appoints Sengupta as director

Baazar Style Retail Limited approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, tentatively named "Sunright Private Limited" or "Sunlight Private Limited," to focus on solar power generation and other renewable energy businesses. The company also approved the appointment of Binata Sengupta as an additional non-executive independent director for a three-year term, and allotted 20,00,000 equity shares to Cupid Limited as part of a conversion of outstanding warrants.
