SRM Contractors confirmed no securities were dematerialized between June 30 and September 30

SRM Contractors Limited, formerly known as SRM Contractors Private Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 15, 2026, confirming that no securities were received from depository participants for dematerialization between June 30, 2026, and September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018; the certificate was issued by Bigshare Services Private Limited, the company’s registrar and share transfer agent.
