Fedbank Financial Services Limited allotted shares, boosting equity capital via ESOS 2018

Fedbank Financial Services Limited announced the allotment of 84,890 equity shares of Rs 10 each on October 15, 2026, following the exercise of vested stock options under the ‘Fedbank Financial Services Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2018’ (ESOS 2018), increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 3,75,14,17,820 consisting of 37,51,41,782 equity shares to Rs 3,75,22,66,720 consisting of 37,52,26,672 equity shares.
