Gogia Capital Growth Limited confirms securities dematerialization processing through MAS Services

Gogia Capital Growth Limited, formerly known as Gogia Capital Services Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 15, 2026, confirming that MAS Services Limited, its registrar and transfer agent, had confirmed the receipt and processing of securities for dematerialization from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
