Bindal Exports Limited confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the September quarter

Bindal Exports Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 15, 2026, confirming that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable to the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received, according to a filing by Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd.
