Jyoti Structures appoints Deepak Salunke as CFO, while Abdul Hameed Khan steps down

Jyoti Structures Limited announced that Abdul Hameed Khan relinquished his position as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 15, 2026, while continuing as a Whole-time Director until June 30, 2028. The company appointed Deepak Dinkar Salunke as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, also effective October 15, 2026, with a term ending June 30, 2029, and appointed Anil Jain as an Additional Non-Executive Director, subject to shareholder approval.
