HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it has furnished details of securities dematerialized and/or rematerialized during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and enclosed a certificate from Kfin Technologies Limited, its Registrar to Issue and Share Transfer Agent, dated October 15, 2026.
