Saregama India to review quarterly results at board meeting November 4, 2026

Saregama India Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as required under SEBI regulations. Trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the results, following a letter dated September 28, 2026.
