Sonata Software confirms KFin Technologies' regulatory compliance for the September quarter

Sonata Software Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
