TMT (India) Limited confirms share dematerialization to BSE, per SEBI regulations

TMT (INDIA) LIMITED submitted a certificate to the BSE Ltd. for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of share certificates received from depository participants, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, with Venture Capital and Corporate Investments Private Limited acting as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA).
