Simbhaoli Sugars' creditors committee met to resolve insolvency proceedings initiated in July 2024

Simbhaoli Sugars Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the 4th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (“CoC”) was held on Tuesday, 13th October 2026, following an adjournment from Wednesday, 30th September 2026, pursuant to Section 24 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The company, which is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process since 11th July, 2024, has had its Board of Directors’ powers suspended and Mr. Anurag Goel appointed as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP).
