Bandhan Bank to review financial results at a Kolkata board meeting on October 28

Bandhan Bank Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, in Kolkata, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The bank previously informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that the trading window for its designated persons and related parties will remain closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are released, with a subsequent earnings call scheduled for the same day.
