GMR Airports reported no share dematerialisation requests from July 1 to September 30

GMR Airports Limited, formerly GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. on October 15, 2026, confirming that KFin Technologies Limited, acting as Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent, received no requests for dematerialisation/rematerialisation of shares during the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as required under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories & Participants) Regulations 2018.
