Geetanjali Credit to hold EGM in Dharwad to vote on director appointments and capital increase

Geetanjali Credit and Capital Limited will hold an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Friday, November 6, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. at its registered office in Dharwad, Karnataka. Shareholders will vote on several resolutions, including the regularization of Mr. Dhaval Jagdishbhai Vaghela as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director, the appointment of Mr. Shreedhar Vasant Godbole as Managing Director, and the regularization of Ms. Ritu Tiwari and Ms. Purti Katyal as Non-Executive Independent Directors. The meeting’s agenda also includes a proposal to increase the company’s authorized share capital and amend its Memorandum of Association.
