VXL Instruments Limited, currently under a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, submitted a compliance certificate to the BSE Ltd. for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, as stipulated by Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, with Bigshare Services Private Limited confirming no dematerialization requests were received between July 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026.
