Tejassvi Aaharam Limited shareholders approved a name change to WEAGRO LIMITED via video conference

Tejassvi Aaharam Limited held its First Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 02:30 PM (IST) via video conference, where shareholders approved several special resolutions including a change in the company’s name to “WEAGRO LIMITED” and alterations to its Memorandum of Association, as well as resolutions related to borrowing powers and approvals under Sections 185 and 186 of the Companies Act, 2013. The company provided shareholders with remote e-voting and e-voting facilities during the meeting, with results to be announced within two working days and made available on the Bombay Stock Exchange website, the company’s website www.talchennai.com, and CDSL’s website www.evotingindia.com.
