Manas Properties confirms full dematerialization of shares in a regulatory filing with BSE

Manas Properties Limited, with scrip code 540402, has submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, confirming that the regulation is not applicable as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation or dematerialisation requests were received.
