Hindustan Housing confirms securities listed on BSE Ltd., certificates cancelled per filing

The Hindustan Housing Company Ltd. confirmed to the National Securities Depository Ltd. and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. that securities comprised in certificates received for dematerialization up to September 30, 2026, have been listed on BSE Ltd., and the certificates have been mutilated and cancelled, according to a filing dated October 15, 2026. Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. provided a certificate dated October 13, 2026, confirming the acceptance or rejection of securities received for dematerialization and their listing on the stock exchange.
