DB (International) Stock Brokers Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider a proposal for the transfer of its retail client business, including trading, Depository Participant, Mutual Fund, and other financial products, potentially authorizing Managing Director Shiv Narayan Daga to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with selected buyer(s).
