Lenskart approved stock options for employees under its 2021 plan, priced at Rs 508 per share

Lenskart Solutions Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 3,42,000 Employee Stock Options to eligible employees under the Lenskart Employee Stock Option Plan, 2021, according to a regulatory filing on October 10, 2026. The exercise price for the options is Rs 508 per share, which is based on the average closing price over the 30 days prior to the grant, subject to a maximum discount of 25%.
