Prop Share Investment Manager Private Limited, the investment manager of Property Share Investment Trust and Prop Share Celestia, will hold a board meeting on October 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to declare distributions to unitholders of Prop Share Celestia for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
