Nimbus Projects Limited forms subsidiary IITL Nimbus The Express Park View Private Limited

Nimbus Projects Limited announced the incorporation of a subsidiary company, IITL Nimbus The Express Park View Private Limited, on October 10, 2026, following a partnership firm conversion. The company, which holds 95% of the subsidiary's equity with a capital contribution of Rs 1,02,37,500, along with Mr. Bipin Agarwal, Managing Director and promoter, holds the remaining 5% of the shares. IITL Nimbus The Express Park View Private Limited will continue business activities in the real estate industry, including construction and development, and the transaction was conducted on an "arm's length" basis.
