Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds to review financial results at board meeting October 15

Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. Trading window for securities of the company will be closed for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
