Bizotic Commercial Limited appoints Abhishek Shah as Independent Director for five years

Bizotic Commercial Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Abhishek Ileshkumar Shah (DIN: 10048431) as an Additional Director designated as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective October 10, 2026, for a term of five years subject to shareholder approval.
