Tech Mahindra's subsidiary, LCC Networks Poland, to be liquidated by October 2026

Tech Mahindra Ltd. announced that its step-down subsidiary, LCC Networks Poland Sp.z.o.o, has been voluntarily liquidated with effect from October 9, 2026, following court approval. The subsidiary, which is wholly owned by LCC Europe BV, contributed revenue of Rs 0.603 crore and had a net worth of nil to the company’s consolidated revenue and net worth for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
