Rubicon Research Limited’s committee granted 7,200 shares via employee stock options

Rubicon Research Limited, formerly Rubicon Research Private Limited, announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 7,200 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 1 each, following the exercise of employee stock options under the Rubicon Research Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2022, increasing the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital to Rs 16,55,39,108 comprising of 16,55,39,108 equity shares of face value Rs 1 each.
