SBI Life Insurance granted 4,160 equity shares to employees under its 2018 stock option scheme

SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd. announced that its Board Stakeholders’ Relationship & Sustainability Committee has allotted 4,160 equity shares of Rs 10 each to employees under the ‘SBI Life Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018’, increasing the company's paid-up share capital to Rs 10,03,40,92,330 consisting of 1,00,34,09,233 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
