Persistent Systems shareholders approved amending articles of association, effective October 6, 2026

Persistent Systems Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that members approved an amendment to Article 12(iii) of the company’s Articles of Association, allowing for the issuance of shares to any person via a special resolution, for cash or other consideration, as of October 6, 2026.
