Premier ARC appoints Rathi & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years

Premier ARC Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited has appointed M/s. Rathi & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, as its Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years, commencing from the Financial Year 2026-27 to the Financial Year 2030-31, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee and subject to shareholder approval.
